I can’t reset my password for Diet-to-Go, what should I do?

1) If you are previous customer that recently placed a new order on the website, please contact customer service so they can retrieve the correct customer ID#.

2) If you are setting up your password to login for the first time and are having trouble, make sure to click the link in your order confirmation email to set up your password.

3) If you are trying to reset your password and neither of the above 2 situations apply to you, please make sure to check your spam folder for the password reset email. If you still have trouble, please email customers service and we will help you reset the password:
