Our Traditional and Vegetarian Low-Fat meals are comprised of 50% carbs, 25% protein and 25% fat. The meal plans are controlled for calories, cholesterol, fat and sodium. Because our low-fat meals are not ‘calorie dense’ we are able to provide larger quantities of filling, satisfying, delicious food. We have found that by using fresh and locally-provided ingredients, we are able to serve meals that are well balanced and nutritious as well as great tasting and satisfying.
Please note that the calorie counts on the meal plans (1200 and 1600) are based on weekly averages. Our plans are designed to provide an average calorie level for the week, not an exact number per day.
