What is Diet-to-Go?
Diet-to-Go is a service that provides freshly prepared, tasty, convenient and nutritionally balanced meals. Diet-to-Go has been serving its Customers for the past 15 years.

Where do you ship? What about Canada?
We can ship to any location in the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations and customs restrictions, we are unable to ship beyond these areas at this time. Please check our website in the future for updates on our expanded shipping areas.

Who uses Diet-to-Go?
People use Diet-to-Go for a variety of reasons. Some of the most common reasons are: to lose weight, to ensure better health, to save time, and to save money.

What do the meals consist of?
We have four weeks of different menus that offer excellent variety. All of the meals are low in fat, low in sodium and low in cholesterol. The food is prepared by our chef, and adheres to the dietary guidelines of the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, the American Diabetes Association and the American Dietetic Association.

How can Diet-to-Go work for me?
First, we need to know whether you are trying to lose weight, eat healthier, save time or achieve some other objective. Second, we need to know if there are any dietary restrictions such as allergies or taste preferences. Based on that and any other pertinent information, one of our meal counselors will recommend an appropriate meal plan for you. 

What if I get a meal I don't like?
We offer one of the most flexible meal plans on the market. We strive hard to ensure that you don't waste your money on food you can't eat or don't like. For just a small fee, you may substitute from a list of tasty dishes that are always available. You may also double up on your favorite meals that are available during a particular pickup.

If after all of our best efforts you still receive a meal you don't like, you don't have to pay for it. We will actually credit the amount of the meal towards your next purchase.

Will I lose weight by eating the Diet-to-Go meals?
Our low-fat diet has helped thousands of busy new mothers, executives, home-bound individuals and many others shed unwanted pounds. On the average, our customers lose from 2 to 3 pounds per week while on our full meal plan.

What about my non-dieting family members?
We are increasing our variety all the time, so when you call, be sure to inquire about new meals and other exciting options.

I don't eat three meals a day. Is there a plan for me?
We have meal plans for all types of eating habits. For instance, if you eat at home about three nights a week, then we recommend one of our Convenience Packs. Our Midweek 3-Pack consists of three dinners and is picked up on Tuesday only. Please ask about other interesting and flexible options when you call.

How much does the Diet-to-Go plan cost?
The price of your plan depends on a number of factors, including: the number of meals per day, the portion sizes, whether or not you include snacks, how long you wish to commit, how many people in your household or office orders, and so forth. Just for reference, our average customer spends about $70 - $75 per week. We would like to discuss your objectives and other considerations to make sure we price the right plan for you. When we talk, we will also inform you of specials and other promotions that may affect the cost of your meals.

What can I do to lower the price of my meals?
Even though all of our plans are priced for value, you can save even more by sharing your success with others. Earn $20.00 for each friend you refer to us who orders the Diet-to-Go plan.

I sent an email, how do I know if you received my order in time?
If you have not received a response from Diet-to-Go by either phone or email, there is a chance that we did not receive your order. We do confirm all emails. As a customer, please follow-up to make sure that your request has been received before the deadline. You can by contact Customer Service at 1.800.743-SLIM (7546). We strive to meet all of our customer requests in a timely manner.
