I did some substitutions for this coming week, and I am concerned...

I think I did everything right, but I haven't received a confirmation email yet.  They said it could take up to 24hrs to get one, but I did this yesterday afternoon, and still nothing.

I guess maybe because it is the weekend there is a delay, but I am worried that since the cut-off time is noon Monday, doing it only might not work.

Should I wait and give it a chance?  Or should I call someone in the morning to make sure the request was received?

I seem to recall not hearing anything back after I did the substitution thing -- and I got the foods I asked for, no problem!

I got my substitutes with no confirm

Smile I received my substitutes with out any confirms, I did the computer thing on wednesday, and on my 1st delivery everything was perfect.  The packaging was done with what looked like a lot of care and consideration and both my DH and my meals were delivered with all in order.  I think D2Go really cares about making sure we are pleased, i wouldn't worry.  <"~

I never did get an email confirmation or anything, but I got my substitutions just fine.
