Picking up your meals is easy: just go to your selected pickup location on a Tuesday and/or Friday (depending on your meal plan) between 5pm and 8pm and get your meals. Since your credit card has already been billed, there is no need to make a payment at pick up.
We want to start your meal plan as soon possible, but because our food is prepared fresh, it is important that the meals are ordered in advance, thereby creating the need to have cut-off dates and times. If you place your order before 12 noon (Eastern) on Monday, your order will be ready for pick up that Tuesday. All orders received after noon on Monday will begin the following Tuesday.
All orders are standing orders unless you specify otherwise. That means we will deliver your order on Tuesday and Friday each week until you instruct us to stop. To stop your order, or make any changes, please contact us by 12:00 noon Monday (Eastern Time).
Restarting your order is easy. Call us 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If it is outside our normal operating hours, you may leave a message and we'll get back with you as soon as possible.
Our normal hours of operation are 9:00 am until 5:00 pm (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, and 9:00 am until 12:00 noon on Saturday. (Tuesday and Friday we're open until 8:00 pm.)
