Announcing New Meals! **updated 3/23/10
For those customers on our Traditional and Vegetarian meal plans, you will begin seeing some new meals over the next few weeks, beginning March 30th. We will announce the updates to our menu a couple weeks at a time, and always in advance. At this time we are ready to announce the changes listed below.
If you currently have a substitution for one of the existing dishes, but would like to get the new meal, please contact us! Or, if you don't wish to receive a particular new dishes, please request a substitution.
Our chefs have worked very hard on creating these new and exciting meals, we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
For customers on the Vegetarian Low Fat Menu, Traditional Low Fat Menu for Local pick up and mail order, the following changes will be made to breakfast meals:
Cinnamon Raisin Bagel (Week 1) is changing to:
Fruit Ambrosia, Granola Bar
Apple Oat Bran Muffin (Local Week 1/Mail Order Week 2) is changing to:
Greek Stuffed Mushroom, V8
Zucchini Muffin (Week 2) is changing to:
Scrambled Eggs Rancheros
Wild Cherry Muffin (Local Week 2/Mail Order Week 3) is changing to:

Mountain Berry Muffin (Week 3) is changing to:
Asparagus & Swiss Frittata
Plain Bagel (Week 4) is changing to:
Whole Wheat Monte Cristo, Raspberry Maple Syrup, Citrus Yogurt Salad
For customers who pick up orders locally and are on the Traditional low fat menu, the following changes will also be made:
Sesame Noodle Salad, which is the side to Szechuan Turkey Burger (Week 1) is changing to:
the Carrot & Beet Salad *this change has already been made.

Pasta Salad Primavera (Week 2) is changing to:

For customers who receive meals via Mail Order and are on the Traditional low fat menu, the following changes will also be made:
