Fresh Local Pickup meals arrive in two delivery cycles. Cycle 1 (Tuesday evening pick up): Tuesday dinner-Friday lunch; Cycle 2 (Friday evening pick up): Friday dinner-Tuesday lunch.
National Home Delivery meals have one delivery cycle per week.
For all low-carb plans, substitutions can ONLY be made by doubling up on a
meal from the same delivery cycle.
