We want Diet-to-Go to work for you and meet your needs. So please let us know any and all menu items you need to avoid. We will make those changes immediately. 

Please note: 

Fresh Local Pickup meals arrive in two delivery cycles. Cycle 1 (Tuesday evening pick up): Tuesday dinner-Friday lunch; Cycle 2 (Friday evening pick up): Friday dinner-Tuesday lunch. 

National Home Delivery meals have one delivery cycle per week. 

For all low-carb plans, substitutions can ONLY be made by doubling up on a
meal from the same delivery cycle

Order Deadlines (for order changes and stop service requests):

  • Fresh Local Pickup: Monday, 12:00 Noon Eastern

  • National Home Delivery: Friday, 12:00 Noon Eastern
