With Diet-to-Go stopping or pausing your plan is easy. Simply call us at 800-743-7546 during normal business hours or send an email to service@diettogo.com any time.

Unlike many other diet delivery services, there are no cancellation fees or surprises when it comes to stopping your plan. Simply tells us when you want to stop your plan and we will honor your request, no questions asked.

PLEASE NOTE: For those who pick up their fresh meals locally, the weekly deadline for plan changes or cancellation is Monday at 12 noon EST. For those using our mail order service, the weekly deadline for changes or cancellation is Friday at 12 noon EST.
