New Substitutions Meal Upgrades - Fall 2015

      The chefs and nutritionists at Diet-to-Go are busy innovating delicious meals!
	
	Your meal substitutions will be automatically updated on November 1st. You’ll notice changes to the calories, side items and ingredients in your meals.
	
	Here is a detailed list of the changes you’ll see starting November 1st:
Breakfasts:
	- NEW Meal: Whole Wheat Monte Cristo with Sweet Plantains (*Vegetarian Whole Wheat Monte Cristo is also available)
 
	- NEW Meal: Whole Wheat Bagel with Peanut Butter and Mango Fruit Cup (formerly bagel with plain cream cheese and applesauce)
 
	- Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with Golden Raisin Cream Cheese and Greek Yogurt
 
	- Waffles with Apple and Peach Syrup
 

	 
Lunches:
	- NEW Meal: Garden Salad with Chicken, Lemon Basil Vinaigrette (*Also available on the Low Carb Plan)
 
	- Chicken Burger, Mango Pineapple BBQ Sauce, Peach Super Slaw
 

	- Southwestern Sandwich (Black Bean Burger), Multigrain Roll, Salsa, Green Veggie Slaw
 
	- Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Tomato Basil Soup, Brownie
 
	- Deluxe Turkey Sandwich, Multigrain Roll, Peach Super Slaw, Orange Segments, Mustard
 
	- Smoked Chicken Sandwich, Whole Wheat Bread, Creamy BBQ Sauce, Green Veggie Slaw
 
	- Tomato Meltover now has Pesto (no nuts in the pesto) and a side of Spiced Apples
 

	- NEW Meal: PB&J Sandwich is now a Protein Pack with Peanut Butter, Baby Carrots, a Cheddar Cheese Wedge and two Whole Wheat Pitas
 
	- Grilled Turkey Ham and Cheese has a new side item of Spiced Apples
 
	- Turkey Pastrami on Rye has a new side items of Peanuts and a Creamy Dijon Dressing
 
 
Dinners:
	- Whitefish Parmesan, now has Peas as well as Baby Carrots
 
	- Chicken Parmesan, now has Broccoli as well as Baby Carrots
 
	- Indian Turkey Tenderloin now has different side items, including Creamed Spinach and Cauliflower and a side of Broccoli
 
	- Eggplant Parmesan now has a new vegetable side, an Italian Veggie Blend
 
	- Stuffed Shells with Tomato Sauce now has a new Sautéed Veggie Slaw side
 

	 
	- Black Bean Soup (replaced with Southwestern Sandwich)
 
	- Grilled Veggie Sandwich (replaced with Southwestern Sandwich)
 
	- Chugwater Chili (replaced with Johnny's Veggie Pizza)
 
	- Cioppino Seafood Medley (replaced with Stuffed Shells)
 
	- Green Salad (replaced with Southwestern Sandwich)
