How many calories are in the Diet-to-Go Low-Carb meals?

On average, the Low-Carb plan contains 1,300 calories per day. Unlike our low-fat and vegetarian meal plans, the low-carb plan does not have a 1,200 or 1,600 calorie per day option. Low-Carb meals come in one calorie level only because our low-carb menu follows an Atkins-style diet that focuses on how many net carbs a person should eat each day. Our low-carb meal plan yields an average of 30 net carbs per day.

The calories on the Low-Carb plan can vary based on the meals contained in the 5 week menu rotation.
