One day I woke up and realized: I was 23 years old, overweight, unhealthy and unless I made a serious change, I would live my entire life overweight and unhealthy. I didn't want to do that. Thankfully, I found Diet-to-Go. Diet-to-Go was the perfect solution for me. As a consultant I was on the road four days a week and eating in restaurants for all my meals. Diet-to-Go allowed me to bring my meals with me. I quickly learned portion control and completely changed the way I looked at food.

Not only have I lost weight but I look and feel so much better. And, I am definitely more energetic. I've started doing triathlons and marathons. I am so much more confident. Now people look at me differently and treat me differently as well! I'm finally living the life I wanted!

Two years ago, I felt horrible. I suffered from tension headaches and hurt all the time. I decided I needed to do something about it, and felt that losing weight would be key to feeling better. I found Diet-to-Go online and signed up immediately. I started with 1600 calories a day and after a few months switched to 1200. After I had lost about 30 pounds, I added walking and not long after that, I added strength training. 

I am thrilled to say that I no longer suffer from a daily tension headache. I feel great! I have kept the weight off, and I love to go shopping for clothes, something that I really hated before.

I started ordering Diet-to-Go when my son was born. I didn't want to spend hours in the kitchen preparing meals when I would much rather be tickling my son to make him laugh. The quantity of food provided was so much more than I expected, and the taste blew me away! I loved telling people I was eating chicken parmesan, baby carrots and angel food cake for dinner or a grilled cheese and a brownie for lunch. Of course I get to tell people often because I receive so many comments on how good I look.
