Yes. Meals have a refrigerator shelf-life of 7 days, and can be frozen for up to 30 days. We recommend placing meals you plan on eating that week into the refrigerator immediately. Any meals you plan on saving should be frozen and then defrosted in the refrigerator 24 hours before you plan on eating them.
