My meals arrived cold but unfrozen. Are they safe to eat?
Category: Customer Questions
Yes. Meals have a refrigerator shelf-life of 7 days, and can be frozen for up to 30 days. We recommend placing meals you plan on eating that week into the refrigerator immediately. Any meals you plan on saving should be frozen and then defrosted in the refrigerator 24 hours before you plan on eating them.
If your meals are at room temperature, please contact us so we can rectify the situation or offer a solution. You can call us at 800-743-7546 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: Predicting how much dry ice that will be needed based on the distance and weather can be difficult. Please call or email us if you have any questions or concerns about your meals.
