Do Diet-to-Go meals have an expiration date?

Diet-to-Go meals have a refrigerator shelf-life of 7 days. Any meals you haven’t eaten should then be placed in the freezer. Meals can be frozen up to 30 days. After that, any uneaten meals should be discarded.
