Our meals are optimized for weight loss* and are convenient — they take the thinking out of eating right — and (bonus!) also help you learn about portion control and what proper nutrition looks like.
We started Diet-to-Go in 1991. That’s more than 28 years of experience cooking delicious meals that are perfectly balanced for nutrition. The Balance and Vegetarian menus are comprised of 50% carbs, 25% protein and 25% fat. The meal plans are controlled for calories, cholesterol, fat and sodium. We also source local ingredients to ensure the food is fresh and scrumptious.
The meals come fully prepared and cooked, making heating them up a cinch. Remove the plastic and pop most meals into the microwave for 2-3 minutes. You can also heat them in a conventional oven at 300 degree for about 20 minutes, or in a toaster oven — an especially good option for sandwiches!
We have plans for almost every lifestyle. We offer breakfast-lunch-dinner plans for 7 days per week or 5 days per week. We also offer lunch-dinner only plans, also for 7 days per week or 5 days per week.
We have options to fit almost every budget. On the full plan (3 meals per day, 7 days a week), meals cost about $8 per meal. Compare that to eating out, where meals typically cost about $10 or more, and Diet-to-Go is actually a very affordable option.
Diet-to-Go is a subscription-based meal delivery service, but it does not require a contract. Not only that, but you can use our online portal to adjust your menu and start and stop service as much as you’d like. You can even substitute out meals you don’t like and try different plans — all on your own schedule.
